Hi! My name is Christina Martinez-Williams!

For the last eight and a half years, I’ve embraced a high-protein, low-carb lifestyle paired with my Mom Magic—my secret weapon that helped me transform my body composition and gave me myself back. Before I started drinking my Mom Magic and shifting my eating lifestyle, I only had enough energy to be a good “Mom Christina,” but I was losing “Christina Christina.” By the time my daughters went to bed, I was completely drained, with nothing left to pursue my own dreams or goals.

Since drinking my Mom Magic and making changes to my eating habits, everything has shifted. Not only did it help me drop 10 pant sizes, lose 30 pounds, and gain lean, toned muscle that I’ve maintained for over six years, but it also gave me the energy, focus, and confidence to go after my goals. I’ve become a better “Mom Christina,” but more importantly, I get to be “Christina Christina” all day long—even after my girls are asleep.

When I first started this journey, I was mentally and physically uncomfortable in my body after two pregnancies. I stopped looking in the mirror, hid behind my maternity clothes and clothes too big for me, and even though I wasn’t pregnant anymore, strangers asking if I was made me feel worse. I wanted to be in pictures with my daughters, but I hid my stomach by placing them in front of me. I knew I needed to change.

In the past, I had tried diets to lose weight, only to find myself gaining it all back within the next year. I had become all too familiar with the cycle of dieting, losing, and regaining. But this time, when I learned about the health benefits of shifting to a high-protein, low-carb lifestyle, I knew that it couldn’t be just another yo-yo diet. It had to be a lasting lifestyle change. 

So I made small, sustainable shifts, focusing on prioritizing protein, veggies, and healthy fats, while being mindful of carbs. I added intermittent fasting, daily movement, better sleep, and a healthy mindset. Over time, everything began to change—not just my body, but my energy, mood, and confidence. This journey shifted from being about weight loss to becoming a sustainable lifestyle, and it’s helped me inspire and empower others to step into their healthiest, most confident, and best versions of themselves.
