Hi, I’m Christina Martinez-Williams—a wife, mom of two amazing daughters, and a woman passionate about creating meaningful connections through food, culture, and health.
My journey began after two pregnancies left me feeling uncomfortable in my body and disconnected from myself. I had stopped looking in mirrors, hiding behind maternity clothes and oversized outfits. Even though I wasn’t pregnant anymore, strangers asking if I was made me feel worse. I wanted to change—not just for me, but for my daughters. I wanted to be in pictures with them, to show up fully in their lives, and to set an example of confidence, health, and self-love.
In the past, I’d tried diets to lose weight, only to regain it all within a year. But this time was different. When I discovered the health benefits of a high-protein, low-carb lifestyle paired with my “Mom Magic,” I knew it couldn’t be another yo-yo diet—it had to be a lasting lifestyle change. Over the last eight and a half years, I’ve dropped 30 pounds, lost 10 pant sizes, and gained lean muscle. More importantly, I’ve maintained these changes for over six years.
But this journey isn’t just about weight loss—it’s about reclaiming energy, focus, and confidence. My Mom Magic gave me the boost I needed to not only be a better “Mom Christina” but also rediscover “Christina Christina.” I now have the energy and clarity to go after my dreams—even after the girls are asleep.
I’m also deeply connected to food, culture, and exploration. As a Cuban American, my love of food started in my grandmothers’ kitchens, where I learned to appreciate the flavors and stories behind every dish. Over the years, I’ve traveled to 27 countries across six continents, immersing myself in the vibrant flavors and traditions of the world. These experiences inspired me to create recipes that combine global influences with a focus on protein, veggies, and healthy fats—proving that healthy food can be both delicious and culturally rich.
As a family, we’re committed to worldschooling and exploring the world through food, language, and connection.
My daughters are learning four languages—English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin—and our travels deepen their understanding of culture and diversity. This passion for global connection fuels everything I do, from creating recipes to sharing tips for building healthy habits that last.
Through my work, I hope to inspire and empower others to step into their healthiest, most confident selves, to embrace vibrant food and vibrant living, and to find joy in the small, sustainable changes that transform lives.
