Avocado Bread

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup melted butter

  • 1 cup powdered keto-friendly sweetener (stevia, monk fruit, allulose, erythritol, or a combination)

  • 2 mashed avocados

  • 1 egg

  • ½ teaspoon baking soda

  • ¼ teaspoon pink salt

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 cups almond flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350º F.

  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter and powdered keto-friendly sweetener. Whisk until well mixed.

  3. Add the mashed avocados and 1 egg. Mix well until fully combined.

  4. Add the baking soda, pink salt, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.

  5. Add the almond flour and mix until you have a smooth batter.

  6. Grease a loaf pan with coconut or avocado oil. Evenly pour the batter into the pan.

  7. Cover with parchment paper and bake for 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes. Check regularly by inserting a knife; it should come out clean when ready.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
