Garlic, Basil & Ginger Chicken and Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp butter

  • 1 to 2 lbs cubed chicken

  • 1 tsp pink salt or to taste

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic

  • 20 ounces of broccoli

  • 1 tsp basil

  • 1 tsp ginger

     

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, melt the butter with the chicken.

  2. Add 1 teaspoon pink salt and granulated garlic. Stir to combine the ingredients and cook until the chicken is cooked.

    Add the broccoli and stir to mix with the other ingredients.

    Add 1 teaspoon each of basil and ginger, then add 1 more teaspoon each of pink salt and granulated garlic. Mix the ingredients until well combined.

    Cook until the broccoli is the desired consistency.

    Serve and enjoy!
