Chicken and Broccoli with Noodles in a Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

  • 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic

  • 1 lb of chopped chicken

  • 2 teaspoons of pink salt (or to taste)

  • ½ teaspoon of black pepper

  • 24 oz of broccoli florets

  • ½ cup of heavy cream

  • ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon of paprika powder

  • ½ teaspoon of dried basil

  • ½ teaspoon of oregano

  • Konjac flour noodles to taste or other keto-friendly noodles (zucchini, hearts of palm, spaghetti squash, EggLife egg wraps cut)

  • 4 oz of cream cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, melt the butter with the chopped garlic.

  2. Add the chicken to the pan and begin cooking. Stir to combine the ingredients.

  3. Add 1 teaspoon of pink salt and ½ teaspoon of black pepper. Mix the ingredients and cook until the chicken is fully cooked.

  4. Add the broccoli to the pan. Stir well with the other ingredients.

  5. Pour the heavy cream into the pan and add the grated Parmesan cheese. Stir to combine.

  6. Add the konjac flour noodles (previously rinsed) to the pan and stir to mix with the other ingredients.

  7. Add another teaspoon of pink salt. Stir everything together.

  8. Place the cream cheese cubes evenly and stir until fully melted.

  9. Serve and enjoy!
