Simple Granola
Ingredients
1 cup of shredded coconut
½ cup of chopped almonds
⅓ cup of crushed cacao2 tablespoons of keto-
brown sweetener (Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)
¼ cup of keto-friendly granulated sweetener (Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)
¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon of pink salt
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix until well blended.
You can serve with almond milk, coconut milk, a mixture of both, or keto or low-carb yogurt.
