Simple Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of shredded coconut

  • ½ cup of chopped almonds

  • ⅓ cup of crushed cacao2 tablespoons of keto-

  • brown sweetener (Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)

  • ¼ cup of keto-friendly granulated sweetener (Stevia, erythritol, monk fruit, allulose, or a combination)

  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

  • ¼ teaspoon of pink salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix until well blended.

  2. You can serve with almond milk, coconut milk, a mixture of both, or keto or low-carb yogurt.

  3. Serve and enjoy!
