Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 or 2 pounds shredded chicken

  • 1 chopped bell pepper

  • 1 chopped cucumber

  • 3 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder

  • 1 teaspoon pink salt or to taste

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir the chicken, bell pepper, cucumber and broccoli.

  2. Add mayonnaise and sour cream and mix well.

  3. Add onion powder, ginger, pink salt, granulated garlic, and curry powder and mix well.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
