Picadillo
Ingredients
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green bell pepper
1 package (or 1 pound) of ground beef
1 can of 8 ounces of tomato sauce
⅓ cup of chopped green olives
1 teaspoon of avocado oil (she used olive oil; for a better ketogenic option, use avocado oil)
1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder (or 2 cloves)
½ teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of paprika
½ teaspoon of oregano
Instructions
Combine everything together and mix well.
Start by cooking on high heat until it boils, then reduce the heat to low or medium and simmer until the meat is cooked, for about half an hour.
Serve with cauliflower rice.
