Keto Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 8 oz melted butter

  • 6 tablespoons powdered keto friendly sweetener (Stevia, erythritol, nun fruit, allulose, or combination)

  • ⅔ cups cocoa powder

  • Almonds or pecans to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the keto friendly sweetener.

  2. Add the cocoa powder and mix well with the other ingredients.

  3. Using a mold (even a silicone ice cube tray), pour a portion of the mixture into each compartment.

  4. Optionally, you can put an almond or pecan in each mold and the pour the chocolate on top.

  5. Place in the freezer until the chocolates are solid. Store in the refrigerator or freezer.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
